Cedar Smudge Stick

• Each smudge stick is approx. 6” long and weighs approx. 1 oz. (28 g)

• The stick is wrapped with 100% cotton twine and will last through many smudge sessions. If fire causes the twine to come loose, simply wrap the loose ends around a lower part of the smudge stick and tie off into a knot.

• Cedar burns a bit slower than Sage, so it’s best to light your smudge stick with a steady flame (a candle works best). After a strong flame develops, blow it out and allow the stick to smolder. You can hold it at the base and walk around the room with it, or place it in a heatproof container and allow it to burn like incense.

• When you are complete, gently wet the end of your smudge stick with water to quench any embers and let dry before next use.

Oak wood Bindrune

• This bindrune includes these Elder Futhark Runes: Eiwhaz (ᛇ), Berakana (ᛒ) and Gebo (ᚷ)

  • Eihwaz represents the Yew Tree and symbolizes Enlightenment

  • Berkana represents the Birch Tree and symbolizes Regeneration

  • Gebo represents a Gift and symbolizes Balance

• Rose Quartz is a stone of Feeling. It is known to amplify positive emotions and increase feelings of love for the self and for others. Directly tied to the Divine Feminine, this crystal swings open to doors to the heart, simultaneously calming the nerves and strengthening empathy. It is a perfect stone for any situation that calls for emotional healing or recovery.
